We cordially invite you to the summer meditation, which traditionally takes place at the beginning of autumn in the form of a meditation stay in a retreat in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The stay is suitable for both beginners and more advanced people. Basically, it’s about everyone finding their own mode, rhythm, balance and trying to live at least for a while “just like that” by observing what I feel and perceive and what’s happening here and now. Morning and evening vipassana meditation and metta meditation will be conducted every day, there will also be space for joint yoga in the early evening, and every evening there will be dharma talk and recitation of 2,500-year-old sutras and gathas. Individual consultation regarding meditation and spiritual practice will be available for those who wish.
